Jenna, played by Gabrielle Union, goes back to New York to restart her fashion career after a messy breakup and losing her job. She takes a job with a tough boss named Darcy, played by Gina Torres, because she knows she only has one chance to fix her reputation. Things get complicated when Jenna develops feelings for Eric, a younger coworker who happens to be Darcy’s son. Jenna has to decide if she will risk her career for a secret relationship with Eric, and if they can have a future together despite their age difference.
