The Horror Hound Festival is coming to southern Louisiana, attracting hundreds of geeks and hardcore horror fans from across the country. Chase is one of them, accompanied by his girlfriend Laine, despite the fact that Laine is not a horror fan. The closer the event gets, the more visions Laine begins to see. She is certain that she is at the centre of the festival and that a mysterious force is after her. Her visions are of the festival’s dark past, but most of all of the Creeper, who kidnaps innocent people, skins them, and mauls them. Will Laine and Chase ever meet the Creeper?
