In a quaint, sleepy town, a diligent worker named Frank toils day in and day out, leading a simple and unremarkable life. One evening, as he looks out over the fields stretching towards the horizon, he notices a peculiar, distant shape forming in the sky. At first, it appears to be an ordinary weather phenomenon, but soon, it evolves into a violent tornado. The tornado is unlike any Frank has seen before.
